Celebrating New Year's Eve at this hotel was a blast! the buffet breakfast was fantastic - I was blown away by the variety and quality of the food. Not to mention, the location was perfect for getting around town easily. Another great thing about this hotel was the elevator - it made getting up to my room on the fifth floor a breeze. And the air conditioning in my room was just what I needed to beat the heat of the Tarapoto climate.
One of the downsides of this hotel was that it was located on a busy main road, so there was a bit of street noise at night. However, it wasn't enough to keep me from sleeping soundly.

The room at Hotel Suisui was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and plenty of hot water. We appreciated the air conditioning, as the humidity in the air was quite high. The facilities, including the workout area and covered terrace with a view of the city, were impressive. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety of local dishes and the dinner was also enjoyable. Despite being located on a busy main road, we were not bothered by the noise and were able to sleep well. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and good amenities.

The hotel was cozy and clean. The breakfast had many choices and was delicious. The room was nicely equipped with air conditioning, which made my stay absolutely comfortable. , the location of the hotel was ideal as it was very close to the airport and had an elevator to the highest floor.
The hotel staff was not informed enough about the hotel facilities, so we missed out on some of the shows during lunchtime and the sauna experience, which we had to pay extra for. the hotel didn't offer any courtesy training to its front desk staff, which was quite evident during our check-in experience.
